“We Surround Rochester”

“We Surround Rochester”, a conservative protest group has 800 members in the Greater Rochester area.

A large protest is planned (see below) against the 2 worse local media for one-sided reporting on important issues.

The protest has a very loud portable P.A. system.

People who want to speak at that protest (see below) on any one of the following issues, or on any other issue, are asked to phone Nora (contact Dan Wing for Nora's number) and then submit a full text of their 3-minute speech to Nora for committee selection of the speakers/speeches they feel are best. Reference knowing me Dan Wing in any communication (verbal or write-up) to Nora.

Current members of “We Surround Rochester” have little knowledge about, but high interest in the following issues, issues which would be ideal for knowledgeable people from the Southerntier to speak on at the 17 October 2009 protest rally:

1. Lack of constitutionality growing in small town politics.

2. Cap & Trade debacle.

3. Smart Grid / Smart Meter ripoff.

4. The Scam of Windpower.

5. Eminent Domain (by energy companies).

Government / corporate rip-offs; Government programs; Subsidy schemes; defrauding Taxpayers; skyrocketing Electric Rates; phoney Environmental issues; … are some of the hot-button basic issues that would provide a very united protest front.
