Citizens, Residents and Neighbors concerned about ill-conceived wind turbine projects in the Town of Cohocton and adjacent townships in Western New York.
Cohocton assessment was increased to 100% in 2007. This caused a reduction in the levy rate since the assessments more then doubled. Do the math. First Wind is in financial trouble and the town budget will have a shortfall when the FW funds are not paid.
