Yates County - The Town Board of the Town of Italy, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Town of Italy Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Wind Energy Incentive Zone Amendment to the Zoning Law. A public hearing on the Draft GEIS will be held on September 9, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall of the Town of Italy, 6060 Italy Valley Road, Naples, New York. Written comments on the Draft GEIS will be accepted by the contact person listed below until 5:00 p.m. on September 19, 2008.
